Learning Support

In Dromore High we recognise that all pupils are at different stages of development and we tailor our support accordingly.  The Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) Mrs Walker leads a committed team of classroom assistants and general assistants who provide valuable support to pupils.  Every possible support is explored including additional time during examinations.  Individual learning support is provided in literacy and numeracy and other interventions are used as appropriate.

We aim to ensure that all pupils succeed academically and our work is tailored to support this.
